## Identity

Chris Lee Bergstrom is an AI-native full-stack engineer with 20 years in live entertainment. Front-of-house engineer turned developer, he builds agentic software for venues, tours, and live events — using AI agents as the build team. He doesn't hand-write code: he architects, specifies and verifies; the agents type, a second model reviews, and CI decides what ships.

The business entity behind the work is CLB Consulting. Consulting on venue operations, AI training, and web security is available when it's the right fit, but the center of gravity is the work itself: shipped products, working demos, the software that runs live shows.

- **Description**: A tour-bus fuel cost calculator for the road. Estimate fuel spend across routes, miles, and price-per-gallon so budgets hold up before the wheels roll. The arithmetic every tour manager does on a napkin — turned into a clean, shareable tool.

## Method (how the work gets built)

1. **Agents are the team** — Chris is the product owner and architect; agents type. Three to four parallel branches at a time. Git is the single source of truth.
2. **Context is the bottleneck** — There's no ceiling on model quality given enough context. The work is context engineering, not prompting.
3. **Quality ceiling first** — Strongest model first, then autonomy, then context depth, then speed. Speed is the output, not the goal.
