## Method (how the work gets built)

1. **Agents are the team** — Chris is the product owner and architect; agents type. Three to four parallel branches at a time. Git is the single source of truth.
2. **Context is the bottleneck** — There's no ceiling on model quality given enough context. The work is context engineering, not prompting.
3. **Quality ceiling first** — Strongest model first, then autonomy, then context depth, then speed. Speed is the output, not the goal.
